Grenadine Syrup

 

Grenadine Syrup

1 cup organic, unsweetened pomegranate juice
1 cup sugar
1/4 tsp lemon juice
2 – 3 drops rose water

Mix ingredients in a small saucepan, bring to a boil and let boil for five to ten minutes until it coats the back of a spoon. Let cool. Cover and refrigerate for up to one month.
