Whisky

Kosar’s Whiskey:  a global history, both ‘whisky’ and ‘whiskey’ are defined as a spirit, “that is distilled from fermented cereal grain and aged in wooden casks.” Kosar states that while it is typically spelled ‘whisky’ in Canada, Japan and Scotland and ‘whiskey’ in Ireland and the United States, there are many exceptions to these rules.
